Due to the nature of digital music products (single songs and full albums), all purchases are considered final and non-refundable. Once a digital product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be returned. - Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same song or album more than once, please contact our support team. Once verified, we will issue a refund for the duplicate order. - Download Issues
If you experience technical problems with downloading your purchase, please reach out to us within 7 days of your order. We will ensure you receive your product or provide an alternative solution. - Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe your payment method was used without your authorization, please contact your bank or payment provider immediately. We will also work with them to resolve the issue as needed.
